DIRECTIONS: Make sure the hair is damp and not wet, then divide into sections. Apply a large amount of hair cream to the hair, combing and fingering through from the roots to the ends. Then apply the mousse immediately after applying the cream in the same section of hair. Repeat for the other sections.
